Filling the coastal data gaps: Final mini-conference

  • 29 May, 11 am – 5 pm
  • at Chalmers Fuse makerspace and lab (map)
  • open to the public & free of charge!

Join us for an inspiring conference on Digital Technologies, AI, and the Future of Coastal Industries and Marine Citizen Science! You’ll hear from experts like Professor Robin Teigland from Chalmers University and Ocean Data Factory Sweden, as well as international keynotes – Filipa Bessa from the Marine and Environmental Research Centre, University of Coimbra in Portugal and Lucie Cocquempot from the National Institute for Ocean Science in France. Plus, you’ll get to see innovation pitches by Chalmers students and engage in panel discussions on the Future of Marine Citizen Science and Education. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity to learn and connect with like-minded individuals as well as to shape the future of our oceans and coastal industries!

This event is also part of the seventh innovation cycle of ODF Sweden, the do-it-ourselves challenge, which has a website listing the student pitches and a brief description of different parameters measured by low-cost sensors.
